1. Shipping Standard and Timeframes
Our primary goal is to provide a reliable and consistent delivery experience.

Standard Delivery Window: Most orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.

Business Days: Please note that business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding national and regional holidays.
2. Order Processing Time
Before an order is handed over to our logistics partners, it undergoes internal processing.

Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours of successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

During high-demand periods (such as festive sales), processing may take up to an additional 24 hours.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
To ensure the safety of your products, Peturox.in partners with reputable national logistics aggregators and couriers (including Shiprocket and its associated carriers).

Carrier selection is determined based on the destination pincode and the weight of the shipment to optimize for the fastest possible delivery.

All items are dispatched in secure, brand-compliant packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Serviceable Regions
We currently offer shipping services across most major cities and towns within India.

Domestic Coverage: We ship to all major Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

Remote Areas: Deliveries to Northeast India, J&K, and certain rural or remote island regions may require an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard 4–7 day window.
5. Order Tracking
Transparency is a core value at Peturox.in. Once your order has been dispatched:

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email and/or SMS.

This communication will include a unique Tracking ID and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been generated.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to meet our 4–7 day commitment, external factors may occasionally cause delays. These include:

Inclement weather or natural disasters.

Regional strikes or movement restrictions.

Peak seasonal surges (Diwali, New Year, etc.).
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact our support team immediately so we can initiate an inquiry with the courier partner.
7. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages
Our logistics partners will typically attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to our warehouse (RTO - Return to Origin).

In such cases, a reshipping fee may apply for the second delivery attempt.
8. Shipping Disclaimers

Liability: Peturox.in is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities but will assist in the tracking and resolution process.

Damaged Goods: If a package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, we advise you to record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours.
